2024 SV-IOP for Regional Coordination Processes
In the standard implementation chain, the main purpose of a standard-vetting interoperability test (SV-IOP) is to double check that implementers (i.e., software vendors, TSOs developing tool, the open-source community, etc.) fully understand a given technical specification or standard. One often looks at early detection of bugs and at making corrections before implementing such specification or standard.
In the coming weeks ENTSO-E is publishing the Regional Coordination Processes data exchange specification (RCP DES) release 2.3 where the Network Code profiles based on CIM/CGMES will be used. Implementers are using the SV-IOP to clarify how to use such profiles directly with the experts who wrote the specification. This year, the focus is on the Coordinated Security Analysis (CSA) process as mandated in the System Operation Guideline (SO GL).

Additionally, since March, ENTSO-E organises preparatory weekly calls on Tuesdays 16:00-17:00 CET. To participate in the weekly calls, please write an email to Eduardo Relaño Algaba (eduardo.relanoalgaba@entsoe.eu).
